#1: Commit to the process. It's very easy to intend to do something, but it can be much more difficult to actually commit to it. Be honest and commit 100% to the process.

#3: Build a habit of recording your physical, mental and emotional energy levels at the same times each day so you don’t leave it until the evening to try to remember how you were feeling earlier.
#4: Try to keep a good record of how you are fuelling yourself. By this I mean how much you are moving, what you are eating and drinking and how much and how well you are sleeping.
#5: It’s important to understand the things that boost your energy and drain your energy at different times of the day so make sure you record all your triggers, even if they seem petty.
#6: Use your insights to develop a Vitality Plan. Set your intentions, and get into action. Enjoy the process and the new awareness this brings you.
