When Jeremy is not speaking, delivering workshops, facilitating offsite events, or mentoring you’ll find him focusing on his own self-leadership journey, placing his vitality at the core of everything he does.

He’ll either be building his mental energy through researching and developing his latest books and projects, enhancing his physical energy through outdoor activities or growing his emotional energy exercise by spending time with his family and friends.
