The Curious Leader masterclass provides the opportunity to practice ‘being’ leadership. From the perspective of a Coach.
Adopting a COACH approach helps us to further our relationship to our self, leadership and performance mindsets, improving the connection between our peers and teams, deepening our authentic trust in ourselves and others.
Using the Certified Curiosity Coach framework and the Curiosity Card Deck as our guides, together we practice and refine our coaching skills, exploring how to naturally Lead ourselves, Lead others & Lead the way.
