I designed The Curiosity Map to help us bring curiosity to our thoughts, feelings and behaviours so that we can break our patterns of reactivity, and respond more intentionally.

We learn to focus more on how we want to be and less on how we don’t.

In its simplest form, The Curiosity Map is a gentle reminder for us all to slow down, and pay attention to our mindset, our energy and our state, especially when we face uncertainty.

At it’s deepest level, The Curiosity Map is a unique philosophy that guides us forward on our journey towards our “true best selves”.
